case of out-patient in AIA hospital or clinic network

Medical Reimbursement:
In case that insured Member is accepted as in-patient
or out-patient outside AIA hospital or clinic network, he/she is required to advance
the expense and then reimburses from AIA by submitting the original receipt, completed
AIA Claim Form, and Medical Certificate.
