Group Dental Benefit Basic Policy Provisions            This Supplementary Contract is subject to all the Provisions of the Basic Policy, unless it is specified otherwise in this Supplementary Contract. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Supplementary Contract and the Basic Policy, the terms of this Supplementary Contract shall prevail. Definitions            “Registered Dental Practitioner” shall mean a Bachelor Graduated in Dentistry, who is registered with the Dental Health Ministry and is licensed to practice in the geographical area at the time that treatment or servicing occurred. All this, the license must not being suspended or revoked. “Oral Examination” shall mean the investigation of teeth and all other parts in the oral cavity (such as Buccal Mucosa, Uvula, Palate, Ginivae, Tongue). Benefits            If, while this Supplementary Contract is in force, any Insured Member shall necessarily incur expenses for treatments or services provided by a “Registered Dental Practitioner”, and if such treatments or services are specified in the Schedule hereto, the Company shall reimburse, subject to the Reimbursement Percentage (%), the actual expenses up to the Maximum Amount specified therein.
