Post Hospital Out-patient Consultation Benefit Endorsement .........This Endorsement is attached to and forming a part of the Group Hospital & Surgical Supplementary Contract in order to provide an additional / extended coverage for the incurred medical expense as a result of sickness or injury. Coverage .........The benefit will cover within 3 months after an insured member's discharge from hospitalization. Benefits                AIA shall reimburse for the actual charge of Out - patient Consultation Fees incurred within 3 months after an insured member's discharge from hospitalization and for the same disability for which he was hospitalized provided that such charge is subject to the maximum benefit stated in the Schedule of this Endorsement. And, this benefit is limited to only one visit per day and five visits per any one disability. Exclusions               All the exclusions as stated in the Group Hospital & Surgical Supplementary Contract.
