Pre Hospital Out-patient Consultation Benefit Endorsement Benefits                The Company shall pay the amount of charges made for consultations by a Registered Medical Practitioner, or for Diagnostic X-ray and Laboratory Test which are recommended by a Registered Medical Practitioner, and incurred within thirty-one (31) days before the hospitalization. Such consultation or test must be for the same disability for which he is subsequently hospitalized and benefit is payable under this Policy. The benefit payable shall not exceed the Maximum Pre-Hospitalization Out Patient Consultation/Diagnostic Test Benefit shown in the Policy Schedule.
