| THIS ESTATEMENT SERVICE IS OPENED TO USERS AND MAY BE USED TO ACCESS, DOWNLOAD AND VIEW E-STATEMENTS THAT ARE MADE AVAILABLE ONLINE TO USERS THROUGH EBENEFITS. PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THESE E-STATEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS TOGETHER WITH THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU AGREE TO ABIDE TO THE ESTATEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THE CORRESPONDING GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY ACCESS AND USE ANY PART OF THIS ESTATEMENT SERVICE.

| 1. | Definitions |
| In these eStatement Terms and Conditions, references to: |
| "eCorrespondence" means a notification sent by AIA to Users at their email address when an eStatement becomes available to the User to access, download and view through eBenefits. |
| "email address" means the email address that the User has last registered with AIA, whether registered under the AIA eService or in connection with other accounts, products or services offered by AIA. |
| "Errors" mean any errors, discrepancies, unauthorized transactions or other irregularities arising from whatever cause, including, without limitation, forgery, fraud, lack of authority or your negligence or negligence of any other person(s). |
| "eStatement" means a Statement issued or provided by AIA in electronic form which can be accessed, downloaded and viewed on eBenefits. |
| "mailing address" means the postal address that the User has registered with AIA for the purposes of receiving the Statements. |
| "Statement" means any statement, report, message, record, confirmation, receipt, acknowledgement, notice or communication in respect of or in relation to one or more eBenefits Account(s) or of the products and services offered by AIA, as from time to time issued or provided by AIA in paper form. The Statements may include, but are not limited to the following documents: premium statements, monthly member change reports, claims notices, invitations for medical examination, advices of latest coverage, confirmations of medical underwriting, shortfall notices, shortfall lists, and claims service results. |
| 2. | eStatement Terms of Use |
| 2.1 | The use of the eStatement shall, at all times, be governed by these eStatement Terms and Conditions read in conjunction with the General Terms and Conditions.

| 2.2 | These eStatement Terms and Conditions are not intended to and will not supersede or replace the General Terms and Conditions governing your eBenefits Account.
|
| 2.3 | In the event of inconsistency or conflict between these eStatement Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions, the eStatement Terms and Conditions shall prevail where the eStatement is concerned.
|
| 2.4 | We will provide one or more eCorrespondence to you as we shall determine from time to time by sending the eCorrespondence to your email address.
|
| 2.5 | For eCorrespondence that we provide to you in accordance with this Clause, we will not be sending the corresponding Statements (i.e., in their paper form) to your mailing address or otherwise provide the same unless we determine otherwise or as provided in Clause 2.6 and 2.9 below and we reserve the right to levy such fees and charges as we shall determine from time to time.

| 2.6 | You may request for the corresponding Statements of the eCorrespondence covered by Clause 2.4 to be provided but such a request is at all times subject to AIA’s decision.

| 2.7 |
| The eStatement is at all times provided subject to you having all of the following: |
| i. | a valid eBenefits Account; |
| ii. | a valid and up-to-date email address that has sufficient capacity at all relevant times to receive the eCorrespondence; and |
| iii. | an internet service provider, appropriate telecommunications equipment and computer software capable of receiving and reading the eCorrespondence, any or all of which may be determined by us from time to time. |

| 2.8 | You warrant that all particulars given to us for the purposes of or in connection with the eStatement service are complete, at all times, accurate and up-to-date and you undertake to promptly notify us (via such means and in such format and manner as shall be acceptable to us) of any changes thereto including, without limitation, your email address.

| 2.9 | AIA may make three (3) attempts to re-send to the email address any eCorrespondence which, in our opinion, has failed to reach you. This will be done in accordance with our procedures for re-sending that eCorrespondence. If, in our opinion, the eCorrespondence sent or re-sent to your email address has failed to reach you, we may, in our sole discretion, notify you of the same using such means as we deem appropriate and you must comply with any instructions we may specify in such notices. We may, but shall not be obliged to, forward the corresponding Statement of that particular eCorrespondence to the mailing address. We may also, in our sole discretion, dispose of the said eCorrespondence as we shall decide including, without limitation, deleting or removing the same from our systems and record.

| 2.10 | All eStatements placed in your eBenefits Account shall be deemed to be delivered to you at the time they are placed in your eBenefits Account and will only be made available there for a period of two (2) years from the date the eStatement is made available, irrespective of whether or not they have been accessed, downloaded or viewed by you.

| 2.11 | All eCorrespondence sent or re-sent under the eStatement service to the email address shall be deemed to be delivered to you at the time when the eCorrespondence was, according to our record, successfully sent or re-sent by us.

| 2.12 | You agree to open, read or access and carefully review and examine all eCorrespondence in a timely manner and advise us as soon as possible, of Errors. |
| 2.13 | You agree that the eStatement shall, as between you and us, be conclusive evidence as to the balance shown therein and that the eStatement shall be binding upon you and you shall be deemed to have agreed to waive any rights to raise objections or pursue any remedies against us in respect thereof unless you notify us (via such means and in such format and manner as shall be acceptable to us) of any such Errors within ninety (90) days after we have placed the same in your eBenefits Account.

| 2.14 | It is your responsibility to frequently and periodically check your email address for eCorrespondence. |
| 3. | eCorrespondence |
| 3.1 | Any eCorrespondence sent by us to your email address is one-way only and you are not required to reply to the same.
|
| 3.2 | Once an eCorrespondence has, according to our record, been sent to your email address successfully, we will not re-send it. If you delete such eCorrespondence, it shall not be sent again.
|
| 3.3 | You confirm that you have assessed and analyzed and so you understand, acknowledge and accept all possible risks involved in having eCorrespondence sent to your email address including, without limitation, the eCorrespondence being intercepted, monitored, amended, tempered with or being sent or disclosed to other parties without your authorization.

| 3.4 | You must notify us immediately (via such means and in such format and manner as shall be acceptable to us) should you fail to receive, access or view; or that there is any delay in or other irregularities or problems in connection with your receiving, accessing or viewing any eCorrespondence from us.

| 4. | Suspension and Termination |
| In the event where we have reason(s) to believe that the security of your eBenefits Account or your email address or the eCorrespondence sent to you has been compromised or that the eCorrespondence will no longer reach you at your email address, we may in our sole discretion and without notice suspend all or part(s) of the eStatement service in which case we will forward all future corresponding Statements affected by the suspension to your mailing address until the eStatement service is resumed either by us or by you in accordance with our procedures applicable at the time.
